    Liverpool v PSG

Very bright start by Pool for the first 11 minutes and then what a cock up in defence giving Dembele the easiest tap in ever.

Aggregate now 1-1 .....game on as they say.

For the neutral, been a cracking from two top sides.

The Ref to be fair has been very good with his assistants also being spot on. Still think PSG have been the better team on the night.

Wow! what s.hit penalties they were from Liverpool.

Have to say, PSG overall played better tonight, Liverpool need to climb the ladder one bit higher.

Now watch the Liverpool team disperse.

Great opportunity for Newcastle on Sunday. Liverpool must be spent mentally and physically after tonight. Thought Salah was dreadful in both legs against PSG.

PSG were easily the better team in both games and to be honest should have been out of sight after the first leg.
It does make you wonder how good the Premier League really is when Liverpool are so far ahead in that competition but then get comprehensively outplayed against PSG.
I agree with GlennMiller about Salah and he often seems to underperform when faced with top class defenders but he'll probably slope off to Saudi in the summer and become a superstar in a very poor league while adding mega millions to his bank account.

The Premier league isn't about the team at the top it is about the quality in depth compared to other top leagues and also the pace and volume of games. PSG have taken years spending a fortune to get this team assembled. It is also the depth of the football pyramid, if you see teams in Europe in the second league they are no better than our third league with the odd exception.
I think this tie showed why salah hasn't got a new contract yet from Liverpool, a great player coming to the end of a wonderful career. Youth and pace is the name of the game now, perhaps someone should tell that to Mr "not ruling the playoffs out yet" Evans

Not as boring as you saying this every single time Liverpool get mentioned. Why even read the thread if you've got no interest?
