Treble trouble: Flying pigs: Reading writing and equal arithmetic: Dons score a circle

Ozleeds (xExE) kept up his recent pacesetting, again grabbing the weekly top scoring spot, this time with twelve points out of the available twenty-four. Oz only needed two of the games and, like all bar self-declared contrarian, CalverleyBoy, he plumped for the "wrong" team in the Carabao Cup final. A week can be a long time in football. Just ask Liverpool.

Totty (xxEO), Sniffer (xExO) and Ubique (xOOO) all scored nine points. Of these, Ubique managed to score in three of the four games. No silverware though.

Sniffer leads Orgoner and Ozleeds by 15 points. Alf is a further six behind.

All were present and correct, even if their predicted scores weren't.

There was one draw, so Johnny_Default moves to 81 points. Any Strike One, Strike Two or Strike Three posters would've scored three, two or one for their total lack of effort.

The average active weekly score was a (slightly) better 4.74.

    The results

(LC Final) Liverpool v Newcastle (1-2)
    (C) Owls v Pigs (0-1)
    (L1) Reading v Stevenage (1-1)
    (L2) Port Vale v MK Dons (3-0)

The next fixtures are out as a separate thread.

    All the best. Stay safe!

I should get extra points for predicting the Newcastle win - just a suggestion :-)

No. They've become even more gobby than usual.

    Your fault!
