Anyone else heard owt about being our new manager? Why he?d want to come here God only knows but we?re (allegedly) looking at him and Evans days are numbered, nothing new here but everything coming out of club has been suggesting Evo will be in charge next season, hmm on the other hand if we are going to make a change now would be a good time gives a new manager time to assess the squad and who knows eke a bit more out of them than currently

All I can see is that somebody called "Football League World’s Rotherham fan pundit Tom Eyre" has given a personal opinion that he would like to see Michael Duff (or Paul Warne) step into Steve Evans's shoes at Rotherham.

That then gets translated into a Football League World headline "Rotherham United urged to replace "underperforming" Steve Evans with ex-Huddersfield Town boss."

...and a rumour is born.

(Of course there may be another more credible source out there but I can't see anything.)
