    Away games

I might be in England next August or September for a week or two. Obviously, I would like to take in a match but if it turns out that the only fixture I can get to is an away fixture, would it be possible for me to get in with the West Brom away fans? I know I probably could get in among the home fans and would, of course, behave myself appropriately but it wouldn?t be near as much fun as sitting with the baggies fans, I know there are rules in place to prevent hooliganism etc but I don?t know what they are. Any one have any suggestions?

Hi, I'm sure someone on here would be able to help you out if it's an away day .
Or a E-mail to the club ,giving the dates you coming over might help .

I think a lot of the away games this season have sold out so you would probably struggle to buy a ticket for the away end. Who knows what the support for away games will be next season, you'll have to keep an eye on the official website.

Is anyone allowed to buy them if they are available or do you need an away season ticket or something?

They are sold in priority order to away season tickets holders, home season ticket holders, members and if then any left on general sale.

Maybe let us know once your travel plans are concluded and I’m happy to make arrangements if possible.
Did you keep my email address ? If so send me an email as I don’t seem to have yours.
PS Dave has recently moved to Bears Paw. If you kept his contact details he would give you my contact details.

I think it depends on how the fixtures fall and the league we are in.

If we are playing a Wolves/Villa away or somewhere with a tiny allocation, forget it unless you have some excellent contacts within the club. If we are playing Plymouth or Middlesborough away on a Tuesday night, there will almost certainly be available tickets.

It is a good shout to get in contact with the club though, they may be accommodating considering you are travelling a fair distance.

Thanks for all your input. I now just have to wait for my plans to materialize and then see what teh fixture list for next season looks like.
