    Have I Missed Something?

The game against Salford - it was like someone had died. I haven't seen us like that for years. And the contrast to say M K Dons. Has something happened (and has there been a thread on this already? - I couldn't see one).

And was Maynard not being in the dugout significant?

We could easily catch up to automatics or do well in the play-off's point wise as far as I'm concerned. What's worrying me though is that we turned into one of the worst teams I've seen for ages this week and that's in BIG contrast to nearly every other games I've seen this season...

    Salford away was worse.

Aside from that I?m finding it hard to think of an another game this season where we have been so inept.

Is it the case that the Salford manager has worked out how to do a job on us? Out-smarted SM in other words

Yes that, along with it being just a bad match up teamwise.

The fact we had Platt as the spare man with nobody to pass to, not allowed to bring it forward, and no solution found made it a bad day for Maynard. He was out-coached for sure.

I've seen it suggested that Maynard wasn't in the dugout because he's had 3 yellow cards this season so had a one match ban.

Maybe it was significant to the resulting shabby performance

Seems he was in the TV gantry. Disgruntled fans on Insta telling him he should have jumped whilst he was up there, not nice.

    Lifted this offa X.

''His wife posted last night there was a death threat on IG. I saw another post suggesting he jump from the TV gallery he was on. Said in jest or not, it's not big and it's not clever in my book''.

I had not seen any post from her that pertained to NCFC but I now cannot see her posts at all though she had been posting various family bits including iirc a significant wedding anniversary. I suspect she's closed/locked her account. Sensible, but a shame that she has been driven to take such action.

There's not much about (anti)social media that attracts me and I don't partake in farcebook, x, etc etc. Spend too much time on here as it is.

It's called attention seeking, like children do. Needs a thread all to himself 😝
