    Ross Co away

Just over a week until this one but no matches this weekend

The season is falling apart a bit at present and we need to stop the rot

I do believe the team and manager are good enough but they need to show it

Campbell and Paton have been massive disappointments for me and I think they should be dropped

Also with manny suspended I?d like to see Sam Harding given his chance in a back three

We desperately need a win now to get the top 6

If we don?t win this one I don?t see us getting anything at Tynecastle and after that it could be too late

    Walton

    Harding Gallagher Graham

    Strain Doc Sevelj Ferry

    Luca Dalby Middleton

With Trap, Sibbald and Moult good options to bring on from the bench

    Come on United !!!!!

Reasonable team on paper. Thing is though, there may be 5 of that first 11 still not 100% and some of the bench players may not be fully fit for different reasons.

We really need to go back to 3/5 at the back, it worked well before , and there will be protection for players there. I still prefer a gung-ho 4-3-3/4-4-2 (not with this team though) but as we all witnessed, leaving huge gaps just leave us wide open.

Defo missing Holt and Doc, and one of them is still here.

Back to basics for me, top 6 or not. Having quite a wee squad and hoping for little injuries is a gamble we seem to be losing just now.

Yeah we seem to be having fitness problems

It?s hard with ferry as we only have one left back. I don?t know what other option would be - putting Luca on the opposite wing to strain

JG said at start of season 3-4-3 is best formation in the world from studying lots of matches. He seems to have abandoned it though for no reason.

Hopefully the two week break will enable everyone to have a reset ready for Dingwall

I?ve just heard that Gallacher broke his ankle at training yesterday. Sam C Harding will be stepping in.

I think we need to use the break to get back to basics. We have looked like we are going through the motions and we have looked like some players are running on empty. We are at the business end of the season and all teams are going to be battling for points....we look like we haven't got a fight in us! Time for the leaders to lead! I want to see a massive change in effort and attitude in this match as we are just coasting at the moment!

still not heard anything more on the ankle break. if its not true then give your mate a kick.

i would go back to the early season team and give them the same remit. Tight at the back and try and grab one on the break. Swap holt with Blairgowrie Maldini and that's it. We're needing points not expansive football which we are not currently capable of. We don't want to go all Aberdeen.

If Gallagher is out then good job we have big Sam Harding to come in.

Tough gig but he and Graham could be our centre half pairing for years to come.

If forced to a back 4

Maybe it?s time to revert to 4-4-2 like we have done away to old firm

    Walton
Strain Sam H Ross G Ferry
    Kai Sevelj Doc Middleton
    VDS Dalby

Moult and Trap as subs to come on

That would be a compact side to travel up to Dingwall

Getting slightly worried about the bad momentum and vibes coming from the club at the moment.

Thats Michael Cairney the head of recruitment away now to an EFL club - it?s a shame as I think he has done great in the summer with some of our signings

We really need to turn this around with a strong performance on Saturday

Where is everyone? Used to busier in the run up to a game, especially one that could be pivotal to our securing top 6.

Is there an arrogance that its joab done already or are we skitting it thinking that Well, St Mirren and Coonty will overhaul us?

Has there been anything official with Gallaghers rumoured injury, and are Doc, Sibbs, Ferry, Graham and Luca gonna be fit enough?

Got a few ideas on teams that start with Walton in goal, so outfield.....

    Strain, Gallagher, Graham, Ferry
    Traps, Sibbs, Doc, Sevelj, Middleton
    Dalby

    or

    Strain Harding, Sevelj, Graham, Ferry
    Luca, Doc, Sibbs
    Dalby, Middleton.

Not confident of a win but not sure if we will be too much worse off.

There's been an international break, it always happens.
