Motherwell earned three crucial points and put St Johnstone into deeper trouble after a 3-2 win at Fir Park.

Only saw the highlights so no real comment on the performance but an excellent result and great character to get a positive outcome (only the third time this season we've not lost having trailed!) have conceded first.

Almost over the line now but I suspect next week will be much harder.

Great that you included a photo of the mascot in your match report, JWOK. I thought the ovation he got when he came off the pitch was terrific. A brave wee man with a smile that showed he really enjoyed the experience of leading out the team.
