    The 6 pointer v Chelski

This could be the most definitive game of of the season, mainly because of the way results have gone over the past couple of weeks.

We really have to pressure them right from the off and go for and hope for an early goal to put them and keep them on the back foot.

And realistically the same situation against Arse-anal

Aye. Palmer coming back into form and Joelinton missing are huge factors individually never mind together.

We're going to need to get the ball to Isak more often and get up alongside him to support him more than we have done.

May be its time to play 5 at the back again?

Without Joe and Botman return we either play same old Bruno - Toonali - Willock midfield or go Eddie?s know-how gunner slayer tactic.

Although the difference is - ar5enil were 0:2 down after first leg and Chelsea probably will be ok with a draw

This is not a formality and I agree exactly with what Zip said about Palmer and Big Joe. Isak needs to step up and I expect him to. 3-1 Isak getting 2 and Gordon 1 with Palmer opening the scoring.

    Hoping for the best.

I fear the worst I’m afraid. Murphy, Isak, not at the races last few games, Bruno, anonymous against Brighton, Joelinton missing, Willock coming in doesn’t replace what Joelinton offers. Tonali can’t do everything himself in midfield, just shows how poor in quality the squad is. I’m hoping for an Eddie masterclass in tactics, something unexpected, if he does then we can win,if he sticks to the same routine then I can see a defeat. As for Arsenal, same again, we’ve beaten them 3 times, that can’t go on, they will be totally up for it and out for revenge, defeat. I do not want the CL qualification to go to the last game, nerves couldn’t stand that! I’m hoping it’s all sorted before then. I reckon we can expect 4 points from the last 3 games, 1 against Chelsea, and 3 v Everton. Hoping I’m wrong but it’s just how I see things, don’t agree with the “ we can win all 3 “ predictions, not realistic based on our current form. I stand to be shot down an hope I get it COMPLETELY wrong!

Not the worst outcome. Get us to 67 pts with around 20 GD.
Leaves us dependent on other results, but there are tough games for others to play.

Anything but 3 wins for Villa and either Chelsea or Forest to drop points before their last day encounter. Could go to GD between us and Chelsea

We're good enough at home to beat them. They are always terrible at SJP. I have no fear of this Chelsea team at all

It is a must win game though.

How would we feel about this line-up?

    Pope

    Schar Botman Burn

    Tripps Bruno Tonali Tino

    Barnes Gordon

    Isak

    We'll play a 4-3-3 at home.

I can't see Eddie changing the formation at home when we beat Chelsea at home.

    - Pope
    Tripz - Schar - Burn - Tino
    - Bruno - Tonali - Willock
    - Murphy - Isak - Gordon

    That's my assumption

we will win this match, the fans need to get out of the loser mindset and go to the stadium with the attitude of winners.

I'm sick of this nervous, negative BS. We're league cup champions. This group of player, these owners, this club is a winning club. We beat teams like Chelsea, We qualify for the Champions League as we are champions.

We aren't the team or club we used to be.
