The number of new forwards will greatly depend on how the club assesses Lewis and Rodrigues - but we need at least another two forwards.
That?s 6 first team players leaving.

Oh dear - looks like some of our supporters believe everybody at Barnsley is rubbish - except Conor.
Does Conor stay as he seems a nice chap?
I?m sure yer only joking Shads about wanting to throw everyone out of the door.
And I might be getting the wrong idea here - but Hourihane is viewed by some as the second coming.
And I don?t understand it.
As far as I?m concerned - Hourihane was a good midfielder for us - but I?ve seen much better midfielders in a Tykes shirt.
And although our owner begged him to stay and offered him big money he chose to go to another club - which is fair enough.
So what?s the big deal about Conor - because I can?t see why some supporters hold him in such high esteem ???
Your just a bit salty because Hourihane got the job and your prediction of a foreign coach was way off the mark .
I know you struggle with thinking so I'll walk you through this , you might not have noticed but not everyone who supports this club is of the same age which means many didn't see Glavin , Banks , Agnew , Redders or even Hignett .
Which means Connor Hourihane was probably the best player they'd seen if they were a certain age , also going to Wembley twice in 6 weeks and seeing their hero lift two trophies tends to hold someone in esteem , it's not actual routine for this club to lift two trophies at Wembley in 6 weeks .
Always happy to help .
There's no 'big deal' Nudger as you put it about CH. I will give him a chance, just as i have with each head coach that we've appointed. That's only right and fair.
However, he has an affiliation with this club that you can't ignore. He was a very good player for us and a good captain who developed his game whilst laiking here and lifted 2 trophies at Wembley in a Reds shirt. Not many Barnsley players have done that have they? He then went on to play Premier league football and have a solid career. Show respect for that.
It may be that some supporters may cut him some slack, more than they do with other head coaches, or others such as yourself will have a bugbear with him for no apparent reason.
The fact remains that this club is in it's worst position both financially and playing squad wise than I've ever known it to be in my 40 years supporting this club. That is a huge challenge for any head coach, let alone a novice head coach. He will do well to keep us in mid table next season will Conor. If he does that, he will go higher in my estimation.
