Spot on. Incredible season. Best in my lifetime.

Yes, today was a disappointment but, hopefully, some of today's starters will be on the bench at the start of next season.

This won't have taught Mitchell anything he doesn't already know but it may have strengthened a couple of ideas in his mind about key areas for improvement.

Wonder what effect taken Gordy off at HT will have on him. Hopefully non as CL should focus him but since that back/hip injury in the England game he's been off colour. Anyway positive thoughts only, we are there again, twice in three years.

We looked like a spent force. A team that had ran itself into the ground over the course of the season and had nothing left in the tank.

There was minimal movement up top. Left us flat.

Everton came to spoil. Moyes Special. It worked well. We didn't have the legs or intensity to beat them back.

We look like a team who hasn't added quality in 3 windows.

All in all it wasn't pretty but it's job done. Hilariously thanks to the filth. The Scumbags finally did something right for the first time in their entire cheating history.

So, 5th place, job done. We've qualified for the Champions League. We've enabled the club to go big and spend freely.

It's job done. Bravo to Eddie, all the coaches & all the playing staff.

May all the players enjoy a bl00dy good rest.

    God bless them all.

Like Isak, He needs a bl00dy good rest and recovery. Same with Botman. All our battered and bruised embattled players need to get some time away, decompress, spend time with family away from the club, the training ground, the daily grind and completely refresh themselves. Physically, psychologically and emotionally.

This season is now the 'New Benchmark'

We are winners and we will use this as a plateau. This is the new standard.

We need to push on and up from here.
