To my knowledge, I've never been in the papers, on Tele or YouTube watching Notts. Just a bit of close season nonsense, has anyone ever found themselves in the media?

I've somehow been in the Nottingham post and on YouTube at Notts matches. At Oldham away in 2014 I ended up on someone's YouTube video looking absolutely terrified before kick-off, and going absolutely mental when Alan Sheehan scored. I also saw myself against Boreham Wood in the playoffs wearing a brink pink t-shirt; I'm very visible on the angle behind Aden Baldwin for his first goal.

I ended up in the paper when we drew with Wrexham back in 2019, looking like me and my other half had had a right tiff... very flattering indeed

Not me, but would be amusing to find out if the youngster who appears on what I think must be a 'crowd end of match comment' TV clip in IIRC the Home Bitter sponsored shirt and says something like 'We just smashed them, it were amazing' is still supporting Notts! The clip pops up now and again on X.

I've been on Star Soccer the Hugh Johns era ! i always stood in the Sir Jimmy Sirrel stand at the front near the half way line. Yep spurs away when Don O?rioden scored that stunner and was celebrating same game as the best midfielder England has ever created should of been sent off for an elbow on Paul Harding

Me too. Turns out it was December 1973 and I could see myself every time a corner was taken near where I was standing. Star Soccer was always shown the day after the game on the Sunday.

Peterborough away, live on sky in 1998 when we walked the division with Big Sam. It was a Friday night game and a group of us from 6th form piled down in a couple of cars. The cameras zoomed in on us whilst we were chanting.... peed out of our brains! Good fun and good memories. I've still got it on VHS somewhat.

i wasn't on TV that game (i don't think) however i did make 50 pence. ! When we scored the spurs fans threw a 50 pence piece into the away fans and it hit me on my forehead mid celebration.!! Any way after the initial WTF was that i carried on celebrating and pocketed the 50 P ! i wonder if anyone else from that game was lucky enough to get some coins of the realm thrown at them !?
