It?s a decent letter. I think we are all thankful to him and what he has done even though we can see the faults.

He has certainly stayed away from the camera since the SE debacle.

It is a decent letter, and he deserves a lot of thanks for what he has done for the club, I like the fact he refers to himself as a custodian not owner, a small thing but sensible wording.

My message back to TS is this....use the hamshaw appointment and the 100 years to plan for the next 100 years.
For me it is clear that the supporting infrastructure is severely lacking, that our youth system isn't producing enough first team players, this is what needs addressing.

I would like to see a plan as he originally promised to do, to provide a better training facilities and academy system that is required to give us the best chance of success over a long period. Now obviously such a plan will require investment and that there are limited funds. However TS is a successful business man and as such will be quite capable of having the correct input to help put together a plan that he and us as fans can be proud of.

This will limited what we can do with the first team, however our primary goal regarding that is to be a top half l1 team that entertains its fans, if MH is as good as we hope, I am sure we can do that without spending silly money on players. I hope most fans would prefer to see a longer term plan that is about sustaining the club than silly SE type short-term promises, a plan that is well constructed, with clear goals and is well communicated would be something to get behind. a TS legacy perhaps....

It?s not going to happen Derbs, 17yrs T/S has been in charge, we have talked about the Academy, we have talked about the training ground. Neil Warnock told T/S that a lot of things had to improve internally but T/S has promised but never delivered. He fetched in Redfern a first class coach but not a manager T/S asked too much of him.T/S tried to run before we could walk. All the things you mention should have been put in place before, not something we could not achieve & sustain.Yes it was a great feeling being a fan but we have not kicked on. Sorry it?s a bit doom & gloom but that?s my opinion perhaps some will agree & some will not but it doesn?t stop me from being a Miller.

Said before ground should have been an increased capacity from day 1 east stand with a cut off point where you could segregate away fans. It doesn't sit well with me we have a smaller ground than Donny. Needs right manager to bring young players through TS can fund it but on the football side he's got no input.
