Gonna be tight transfer wise but obviously monies raised will be split via ER improvement combined with player 'sales' alongside PL 'perks' of increased broadcasting revenue & commercial revenue now up for grabs.
Our war chest should provide a tidy 100m pounds for a newbies budget to keep within our PSR maximum permitted losses which will be circa 61m pounds due to having 2 of our previous 3 seasons in the Championship & 1 in the PL, lest we forget.
