    Andorra v England

We've always struggled against teams like this, then we give false praise saying they're much improved, they defended well and there was little we could do against a team so intent on defending. Then a few days later another team plays them and bangs seven in. This was same old, same old. In fact it was marginally worse, I think a Southgate team would have scored twice. The one bright light was Madueke but there was no-one on the end of his creativity. A lot of the passing was poor too, "It's behind you " came the cry, that was when it wasn't intercepted. I honestly think our team last season could have beaten this England team, even Kane's goal almost went over the bar. Perhaps Tuchel is experimenting, if so I hope he is learning because at the moment we look clueless. Add to the above, Andorra weren't even playing at home and the England fans far outnumbered theirs so it was like a home game for us. We have a long way to go.

I gave up halfway through the second half and started doing a jigsaw, much more exciting and entertaining.

It was a performance that will not linger long in the memory.

Burns was diabolical. My wife asked me if I thought the German manager was deliberately undermining any England prospects of actually winning the World Cup? One has to wonder. Tuchel playing Henderson makes me wonder she is possibly right.

Not just two tiers but two s*xes as well apparently as they were also chanting that he’s a W****R. Why would Tommy T comment about the chants (unless the journos put him on the spot) as he said he hadn’t heard them.

It's 40,000 actually CiB, about the size of Accrington I think.
