We need to see a development pathway for him this season.

If he is not playing - he needs to go on loan. 5 minutes at the end of a match is not helping him. He needs to be on the pitch long enough to have an impact on the game.

He needs to be on the pitch long enough to get the ball, have a shot, score or at least try to score some goals.

If that isn?t the premier league, send him to the championship to find his scoring boots
