Mines almost identical, but I was at the livi game , and I?ll definitely not be at the The rangers game , I?m a season ticket holder but pissed off watching my team defend for 90 minutes

Missed United and Celtic games and will miss the The Rangers game. I stopped going to away games regularly a few seasons ago.

I'm not as fussed about missing games as I used to be and would not have bought a season ticket if I'd held on to see who the manager was going to be this season. If he's still here next season I'll be out and it'll likely be for good.

    Season tic holder as well.

Been used once at game I wasn't at and helped buy someone a ticket for Falkirk.

I'm no really missing it, still interested in scores and the soap opera of the club but I'm no missing going to games.

I'm not a super fan but I counted up the games I went to two seasons ago just to compare.

Last season I think I missed 2 home games and was at 5 away games.

If me and you are anything like typical it's a long long way back.

There will also be a lag effect in attendances as me, you and Deeranged will currently be counted as attending but next season we won't if no season tic purchased.

I get the frustration with the manager from the majority of the support but he's no the head of the snake 🐍......he's just cover for him.

I wonder who has influenced the loss of fans most this season Nelms or Pressley?
I've been to 4 home games this season and it's not been great. We don't really have a goal threat and defence is up and down.
Walked past dens on Sunday and it really is a disgrace by the old turnstiles bottom of provy.
    Just neglect

Nelms and the hangers on for me

There's little connection between club and fans both hold each in utter contempt at times.

Just think it's only 4 months until season tics go on sale 😆

Elvis is just the latest incumbent of an almost impossible job.

Looking at the 11 games and his low block keep them out tactics.....well 10 as Aberdeen he changed tac.

    Hibs.....fail
    Rangers.....success
    Motherwell.....partial credit
    Livvy......success
    Celtic....success
    Falkirk.....partial credit
    Dabs......fail
    Killie.....success
    St m.....partial credit
    Hearts....fail

There's actually been more success than failure, I just don't think our still going support has the appetite for these tactics .....despite plenty declaring they would happily accept two or three seasons of ****fest to stay in the league......clearly they won't.

If I was paying £30 I wud want more but I still think it's a fairly impossible job with nelms bull****ting about top 6 budgets and the miserable surroundings ( self inflicted ) we play our football in.....the misery manifests itself onto the terrace.

There's also very little connection with the players, Simon Murray and the much maligned finlay Robertson are the exceptions.....everybody else is here to get some sort of move.

    Just meh thoughts.

Nelms mostly for me but the appointment of Pressley was the camel's back breaking straw.

I gave Nelms years of my backing, often sticking up for him on here and other forums, but his continued refusal to even talk to fans combined with high season ticket / entry prices, allowing Dens to crumble, total bull**** reference top six budgets, focus on a stadium project that's unlikely ever to come off, atrocious managerial appointments and early sackings of the ones that weren't atrocious has just done it for me. I can't back that any more, it's affecting my mental health.

I've also tried to like Pressley and have tried to give him time but it's dire just now and I can't see how he motivates anyone to improve. Agree with RRoS though, that's not his fault. I don't listen to his interviews any more because he depresses me, I do read his ramblings in The Courier online but find that they're mostly nonsense and often contradictory - latest example saying he didn't make any substitutions at half time on Saturday after losing two first half goals because he sorted the defensive problem at half time. Then lost another goal 12 minutes into the second half so what did he think he fixed?

Fans want players playing to their strengths and see through managerial tombola selections. There is something flawed, imo, in playing virtually the same team against Falkirk that beat Celtic and changing the subbies. Celtic match, Ingram, Fin and Hay, Falkirk, Dhanda, Yogane, Acqua, Jones. We fall out of the game in second half after subbies, and I think that's down to Elvis.
Apologies if Ingram, Fin and Hay picked up injuries, but it seems odd that losing a deflected goal, created the need for such a change in subbies.

I have not been to a home game this season since the home game against the Dabs at the end of August.
I could have been at the Motherwell and Livingston home games but I could not suffer watching yet another gutless performance by the Dundee FC players so I gave the games a miss.
I will be watching the Rangers game next Sunday on Sky Sports.
My next home game will be on Saturday 29th November 2025 which is the same day as the Dee4life AGM.
