The League one table is absolutely wide open

From 20th position right up to 9th, only 3 points separate all those teams. I've never seen a league like it around this time in a season.

It would be great if we could be part of all that open availability to bounce up the table with a couple of wins. Thing is can anyone see where our next win is coming from?

This is the poorest league one since we were relegated from the championship in 2022 in my opinion Brin , the first season back down at this level when we lost the Play Off Final to Wednesday you needed 100 points to finish top two and get above Ipswich Town and Plymouth , the year after you had Portsmouth and Derby County with money and last season Birmingham and Wrexham with mega money to spend .

Ipswich Town were the best League One team I've ever seen , so good they went straight through the championship the next season to the Premier League and only added Kieffer Moore to the squad in the January window .

As you say the league this season is wide open with not a right lot between 90% of the league which obviously works too ways , you could see someone relegated on the final day without having dropped in to the bottom four for 45 games or grab a play off place without sitting in the top 6 all season .

A couple of smart January signings could transform the season or equally an injury crisis could put you in real trouble .

I said this to a villa pal of mine, when he asked what was going on with the millers. Problem is we need a turn around in results and to sustain, do that and we will quickly climb the table.

Whether we can do that is a different matter.
