Adam Lawrence out Under 21 coach has stepped down.

Only been in the role for 4 months.

Means we have now had 5 different under 21 managers in 2 seasons.

That isn't great for stability of our youth.

I do wonder though, if this is part of Wilson's clear out and he's not been impressed so is just ruthlessly cutting.

Our youth is going to be so important for us going forward so we need the best to manage and help grow them.
