"West Brom held internal talks about Steve Bruce's future (Sunday night). Told that Bruce has lost the support from many within the club and also with senior players. It is believed that he will leave once a suitable replacement is found"
Surely, this is not the case. I can't imagine we would tell him he's not wanted anymore and keep him in charge for Wednesday? Seems madness if so, and most probably because we want to settle favourably - and he probably wants to hang on for his full pay out.
