    Is there anything more exciting....

Than when we sign foreign players?
I convince myself every time we’ve got the next Ronaldinho!

I think of Civard Sprockel, mainly because he had a great name and a unique running style.

So yes, there are things more exciting.

I hope you’re wrong. Ronaldinho is in a lot of trouble!

I actually typed Ronaldo but autocorrect probably realised how ridiculous it was!

Ha ha, I've never seen a stiffer crock on a football pitch than Sprockle. He ran like he had a bad case of sciatica. It was a race between him and Jenner who was gasping like a chain smoking wreck after coming off the bench against Carlton Town in pre season as to who was most unsuited to hard running English lower league football.

I just remember the disastrous Ricardo Moniz / Guy Branston signings. I do hope this ends up better than that.

My favourite foreign signing is still Tony Garcia who Big Sam signed...lazy as hell but he could play!

I suspect it will be. I'm going to assume they've looked at the data and watched hours of videos. I get the impression Branston wasn't exactly a data crunching type of chap

Loved Tony Garcia, great name, great look and the guy had talent. Didn't often bring it to the table mind.

I always thought Genaro Snijders looked the best of Moniz's bunch, but he never really got a look in.

He's retired now at the age of 31! Sad...but probably explains a lot.
