From what I've been reading, the way this has been spread out is so that they can legitimately give the following one to Saudi.

The games in South America will be played in the winter while the European/Moroccan ones will be played in the summer. Oh and many hours time difference as well.

The arsewipe commentators and pundits will continue to lick ass for the crumbs and fame
The oversell will ensure sell out stadiums (even if full of concession schoolkids from deepest Amazon)
The focus will be taken away from much more serious issues to make this a clouding one.
And basically they are the most corrupt and deepest trough in the sports arena so it will happen. Just embarrassing that even the blazers from the SFA and other tiny wee associations have left their core clients behind to fill their guts.
