    in accordance with the Judicial Panel Protocol to consider the following case:

    Alleged Party in Breach: Nadir Ciftci (Dundee United)
    Match: Dundee United v Inverness Caledonian Thistle - Tuesday, 24th February 2015

    Disciplinary Rule(s) allegedly breached:

    Disciplinary Rule 200: In that at the above match you committed an act of Violent Conduct and deliberately struck an opposing player upon his neck or head with your arm.

    Outcome: Breach not proved.

    Oh look another "Not Proven" verdict, where the beaks couldnae get enough evidence tae convict so decided tae back off from accusing the guy and nailing him as a thug.
