What I've seen of him this season on TV, he's looked a liability for Leeds. This may actually help Leeds out by not having to choose him.

Pretty severe so they must have had loads of evidence against him.

Well fair enough but the phrase "Casilla also been ordered to attend a face to face education session"

    It's a bit too Orwellian

Wow! Does this mean that football has a completely different law that applies to the rest of us? I'll be an interesting read that the EFL will have a clause at the bottom of it that threatens Leeds against appealing.

Racism can't be tolerated in football or any part of society! Anyone found guilty of it should have the book thrown at them.

The Yorkshire club said the decision had been made "on the balance of probability rather than proving Kiko to be guilty beyond reasonable doubt, which we have always believed is the more appropriate burden of proof".

However, the independent regulatory commission will not publish their written reasons for their decision until next week

Yes, but compare this punishment to that handed out to Joey Barton.

Just make sure your keeper doesn't ask one of your players to 'mark the black lad'.Apparently that is what our keeper said and he is now considered to be a racist by the FA.You know you can trust an organisation (FA/EFL) that has already charged a player with racism who was actually cleared by a UK court of law before they charged him..with the same 'probability' than 'proof' evidence that they used against our player.

I'm all for kicking racism out of our game but this is bullsh1t.

If that's genuinely what he said then it's definitely not racism, it's just a quick description of someone.
What next? Can you be charged as being some sort of "ist" or "phobe" if you say "mark the curly haired lad" or "keep tight to the big lad"?
Racism should not be tolerated anywhere BUT neither should faux racism be allowed to grow into an industry.
