And I hope it's the last.
Driving along yesterday and suddenly heard a buzzing sound by my right ear. Then realised the noise was from inside my shirt collar. At this point I received the first and nastiest sting on my neck. Tried swatting it away only for it to crawl inside my shirt and down my front. I then got stung three times on my chest before it crawled down to my stomach and stung me again.
At this point I managed to pull over, get out of the car and shake the assassin out of my shirt. It fell on the floor where upon it receieved the full weight of my size 11's.
I have a feeling this may have been the first attack from a wave of suicide wasps this year.
Watch out folks, they're coming to get you.
And yes Bulcy, they really do exist.

Murderer, pick on someone/thing your own size!
Saying that I had a wasp* fly in the car yesterday when my daughter was in the car with me. She started squawking about the size of this thing in the back and to pull over and get it out. I couldn't believe the size of it, it was huge. I didn't kill it though!
*it looked like a wasp, shape, colour, etc just fecking huge!
There's a slight difference to a wasp being in your car and one being down your shirt stinging you to buggery though. What would you do if you saw it on the ground within stamping distance having just been attacked by it?
I'm guessing if you were a Scummer you'd shove it up your arse!!

I'd always had it in my mind for some reason that a hornet looked completely different.
THE marauders you two experienced today would be Queen wasps ,they come out of hibernation this time of year when it warms up looking for somewhere to start a new colony .She probably thought Marts shirt looked like a classy place to bring up a few hundred offspring .should have known he is not a soft touch
Or was it a Bulcy Bee?
Scientific: Apis Mellifera Gigantasaurus.
Habitat: burger bars and pubs on the South Coast.

Interesting. I had, up till now, assumed the existence of wasps had been in the minds of the doddery old buggers that frequent this board.
I now accept them as being real.
