For those with season tickets with one customer number

If anyone still has issues/worries trying to get Wembley tickets and have more than one season ticket but the season tickets are all under one and customer number?

You simply put in the on the season tickets and the customer number in the first box provided for details and progress to the next page there you will be allowed to buy the number of tickets you require based on the amount of tickets you hold under the one customer number.

Also they are only takings and contact details at the ticket office for people hoping to buy disabled tickets today from 1pm. These tickets did not arrive at the club today as they were supposed to, so will now be available for sale from tomorrow morning.

I had two STs under one customer number and it wouldn't allow me to select more than one ticket. I had to go to the ticket office and tell them, they then changed the details on the see tickets database (which took 22hrs) before I cod finally buy two. Seems there was a lot of people with the same problem in there yesterday!

Sounds like the club made a mistake when sending your season ticket information to seetickets.

However, seetickets were sent details of every season ticket holder, as you would expect, and how many tickets you were entitled to. Therefore even if you have say two season tickets, both under the same and both with the same customer number, seetickets will allow you to purchase two tickets.

However, the problem is the club has not communicated this to the season ticket holders and how to navigate the online system.

As already explained above, you simply need to enter your details in the first box ( as if o
