I of bin driving through Accrington today and there seems to be a glut of off drivers (and they tend to be chavs or asians) who adopt a sinking into the floor driving position, where you can just see the top of off their* heed in a supped up Saxo or Ford. It can't be safe and frankly it makes them look like cocks, which they* probably are tbh.
