Despite what it says on the RUFC website, not all tickets have been sent out, so will have to be collected from the box office.

'The transaction fee covers the costs of processing orders, printing, packing and delivering the tickets to you. This fee also applies to tickets arranged for collection at the venue"

pretty standard stuff fella...you have paid for postage and they have posted them as agreed . They have sent them to Wembley instead so the fee has been incurred

True, they're sent from Nottingham, they do charge too much for postage though, they're hardly big or heavy.
