    Jamie Ward

If he could cross a ball then you would have won that game comfortably.

Big Chris in the centre had virtually no service.

Tippy tappy around the box with them having ten men. Get the effing ball in the box for fried steak.

    Jamie is jinxed.

Jamie is not jinxed. he's just ****. I've said it all season. he's got a big heart and tries a lot. he's lively. but no quality. gives the ball away far too cheaply.

It's not the fault of individuals really because Hughes, Russell, Wisdom etc weren't great. They didn't function as a team as well as usual. I have to say QPR were well organised but apart from that had nothing but that organisation was enough for them to see the game out then grab a scrappy goal. So irritating and frustrating.

It isn't the fault of individuals Calum.

It 'might' be the fault of the manager for not having any proper wide players out there.

Or it may be the fault of the manager for having his players tip tapping it around the box when you have a 20 goal forward in the box.

You can play pretty stuff all over the park, but if you've got someone in the box who can put it in the net, then FOOOKING USE HIM!

For my money, Martin needed the ball to his feet more today. Dunne had it over him all day long in the air, hence his MOM award.

Martin never got a kick.. Agree he needs the ball to his feet so he can do his flicks etc. Dunne rightly MOM kept them in it.

Never been a fan of Ward, one game in six don't cut it.
    See ya Jamie.

Does he ever look to see where his team mates are before he crosses the ball ? And yet when his speed and power take him past players he can set us up so well - then comes the let down.

Watch Ben Pringle for Rotherham today. He's a great crosser of the ball and his corners work.Did Clough make a huge mistake not seeing that?

Agree. All crosses seemed to be into an area instead of trying to pick out a man. Needed to commit one more man around Green when a cross was imminent too.

Just one of those days tho. Really can't fault the players effort or guile, just needed one to drop for us.
