    Ticket Office Problems

Interesting to see John Vicars comments on the problems in the ticket office the past season and radical changes being made to correct it!

Yet another topic I was scoffed at and told I was on a witch hunt when I raised this time last year there were a number of big issues behind the scenes and this are was on in particular. Just saying

However, I wonder if his comments mean they are dumping the demand based pricing?

Not sure you were scoffed at Rat? I remember asking what your issue was as the season prior to the one we've just had saw one of the people I go with have an inactive season ticket. That was a massive ball ache by which a replacement ticket needed to be printed every game before access was granted to the stadium. I think the whole operation i

There was no mention of demand based pricing at the Q&A forum. I reckon the changes and new system are purely designed to overcome the technical problems encountered.

I know demand based pricing has put quite a few people I know off when they can get a ticket for x amount but have to wait then it goes up. Its a bit like seeing something in the sales and then having to buy at full price. Puts people off!

apparently Rush and Vicars read these board ... they know there is a problem but done nothing to rectify it ... what does that tell you? Not interested or just dont have an answer because they have messed up?
