Don't think you'll make it in with any alcohol. Track has changed a lot in the past 15 years so I'm not sure where general admission gets you these days.

PS O/T or OT in front of the subject line rather than at the end please.

I've been once and we were on copse corner, the year Damon Hill crashed out on said corner.

Was part of my 'bucket list' but to be honest I thought it was naff and nowhere near as good as watching on TV.

Queued hours to get in, ages to get a beer and a burger, watched a few seconds of vrrroooommmm every few minutes and then queued hours to get out...

    Have a good day, Crash..

I went once but only mention it because I am fishing, attention seeking, bragging about how I can afford it and an all round first class c@nt unlike banger and the lorry driver.

Have a great day crashbang..Hope you actually see something!

Correct. It's an old rule that I politely asked you to follow as you seem to be able to do it some of the time.

You should get a great view from Copse Corner if you stay sober enough.

Silverstone is a garbage viewing track and always has been tho if you pay the extorionate prices for Grandstand Tickets its a bit better.
I much preferred it when they alternated the British GP between Silverstone and Brands Hatch, Brands being infinitely better for the punter from a viewing point of view but money as ever dictated that that couldn't continue.
Silverstone as a Race Track on the other hand is definitely in the top 3 imo.

I could not advise on the beer but I would recommend ear plugs, they might well prevent the onset of tinnitus.

I've been lucky enough to experience a few European F1 weekends and for entertainment Silverstone for me was the best.

Whilst overpriced, it's always better with the Grandstand tickets with the giant screen.

Set off really early if you're driving, I mean, earlier than you have planned Better off killing time at the track than in the traffic queues.

    Enjoy RR
