Training facilities and priorities?
Who owns clubs and how are they managed?
Team coaching?
Mental attitude?

The PL more than anyone has a lot to answer for when it comes to the state of our national team.
They wield far too much power over the spineless FA!!

Nothing will change in the grand scheme until they do.
