    Statement today

This should be good. This is his opportunity to regain some respect. He made SP look a **** and that in my eyes, is horrendous after all the harmony he has installed.
    So what will it be
    1. an apology
    2. an honest explanation
    3. a Marfur **** and bull story
    4. a stalling tactic
    5. a teddy out the pram rant, like a 5 year old

Feel free to add to the list, Betsy needs oiling.

He is going to blame Elite for spreading rumours.

This is exactly how I see it.

    1. Am I bothered about those KD and JL being sold? no.
    2. Am I bothered about the fees for them? Yes a little bit (though we have a year to replace them)
    3. Am I bothered that they were sold against the managers advice and the fact he didn't even know a deal was being done?

    DAMNED ****ING RIGHT I AM!!!

SP is the manager and has control over players. Certain things are out of his control and he'll understand that.
So what the **** happened to the call/conversation of " sorry Stuart, we know you said no, but we feel we have to sell and here's why" ?

The man is the manager, they are his players to manage, if he isn't informed of everything player wise then what ****ing respect doe

    re: Statement today

This sums it up very well.

I don't think anyone really gives a monkeys about players leaving. But they do care about the way the club goes about it's business and the way they are treated.

SP may be the manager, but he is the greatest respected hero Forest have since Clough.
SP has always had a good relationship with the supporters and his honesty is appreciated.
Fawaz needs to know that should he jostle for popularity with Pearce, then he will lose!
He hasn't been around long enough to earn that level of respect. My advice to him would be to think long and hard about how you went about this. - view external link
