    Cox to Wednesday...

Apologies if been posted already (couldn't see it?)

Simon Cox looks like he is off to Wednesday and Antonio in opposite direction.

Nothing on Newsnow either. They usually pick up on rumours too.

Cox withdrew from squad for yesterdays game due to talks with Wednesday.

Antonio deal is in early stages but Pearce rates him. Not too sure myself, a lot of running and is physical but no end product.

    I don't use twitter ;-)

Lansbury wants a move to Premier League. Crystal Palace offered 2.4million which was rejected, but he has also been talking to Burnley.

Thanks for the update, do keep us informed of further developments.

Tricky's been appointed Minister of Twitter (or Twit for brevity), he'll keep us posted on that!

    1. Cox gone yes please
    2. Antonio- don't know him. Rather have a decent striker.
    3. Palace, get ****ed. Come back to the table with 4 Million and we'll start to talk.

( Boro haven't accepted the 3.5 bid for Adomah yet, Not in the same class as Lansbury.
McCormack 11 Million? Lascelles 4 Million turned down. )
**** em. Been said we don't need to sell anyone, but everyone has a price and 2.5 Million doesn't even get you a leg.

I can live with that, as you can be the Facebook man. Infact you should use both of yours.

No i personally like cox and my eight year old son would be so upset cox is his favourite player- ok his goal return is not great but he works his socks off and brings others in to play. If we were going to get rid of a striker surely it should be blackstock unless he has already gone !!! If cox did go we have only got two recognised strikers and they are both new to the team !!! How many more are we going to ship about we have already shipped out 14 and we have not brought in half that

Cox leaving I can live with but...

    1. A direct swap for Antonio would be poor value
    2. Antonio is a winger, so we would still desperately need a striker (or 2)

I've seen him play against us twice, 2 years ago he looked like a fancy Dan with no end product (but then again I would have said the same about Ross Barkley that day too). Last season he looked quite dangerous.
