Morning Gaz.. Everythings on the mend,my ribs are still a little sore and my right arm is still in a sling but normally that will be off after next Monday's appointment with the hospital Doc. Then it will be a question of getting my shoulder working again after almost 6 weeks of inactivity...I think that's going to be "fun"
