    QPR...

For breaching FFP regulations, the club is expected to be hit with a fine of up to £40m when their financial figures are released later this year.

And the penalty for non-payment ? Relegation to the Conference..

Well done, Harry - looks like you've only gone and done it again. - view external link

But that only applies if they are relegated to the Championship (and even then unlikely).

The Premier League cannot impose a fine on them.

If found guilty then there's every chance the PL could hit them with a points deduction, basically prodding them back to the FL. Once there I sincerely doubt they'd get refused admission. Instead they'll have a massive points deduction flushing them down the leagues.

Does the Premier League have any jurisdiction to apply a penalty for rule breaches committed in the Football League?

I honestly don't know the answer to that but would guess not.

Rangers went down 4 leagues in Scotland so why not QPR? Not sure if the PL can do anything but PL clubs can help by making sure they get relegated. Got my ticket for the game at St. Mary's so here's hoping we do our bit. COYS.

Not bothered what happens to them except hoping that justice is done ( although that's probably a naive hope).

Will be watching that game. Saints need to beat the Bagpuss. Odious man !

Sadly this will only effect them if they DON'T pay the fine which is estimated at £40m. Based on coming last this season the money they'll get will dwarf that figure along with the parachute payment so it'll be a case of write the cheque and move on sadly.

The football league missed the boat by not imposing something on them at the end of last season.

You lot do get excited over other clubs finances.
Is it because you hope to reinforce your hate for us?
stop other clubs being bigger than you?
or just getting your oar in before your $hit hits the fan?
