Listening to radio Dee daa on the way back Stuart Grey said it was a definite penalty although he hadn't seen the reply but he'd spoken to his player who's a very honest lad, so much so that he'd buy a second had car from him, and he said he was fouled!

There you go, it must have been!

    Very unconvincing dive.

    I heard that interview.

Hope he takes out GAP insurance...co when he lifts the bonnet he'll find a large gap where the engine block should be!!!!!

To be fair to the Wednesday fans, there wasn't much talk of that decision, it was more about lack of tactics, options, signings, loanee's, etc.

He means the lad is as honest as a second hand car dealer.

TOTAL DIVE - watched it in slow motion frame by frame - he turned and nudged the ball forward and it got away from him so he planted his feet together (a sure sign of a dive) and launched his upper torso forward alongside our defender - Gray can say the lads honest all he wants - it was a dive pure and simple.
Mind you Steve Evans would do the same the other way round - so no complaints.

Bit like the defence of all the racists convicted in the Bradford riots "He was on his way home and came across the riot, he only threw one stone and he comes from a family well respected in the community".

Watched it a few times definitely no penalty in my opinion. At least referee got one decision right.

I wasn't with you lot on Leppings Lane because I had a guest ticket in the North Stand and from that side it looked more like a penalty.

My nephew tells me that the radio commentary from Ronnie Moore was that he thought it was a penalty, anybody hear the same?

On the TV highlights though it looked nothing like.
