Whilst I agree it's taking some time to appoint an Assistant I would be more concerned if the absence of one was having a detrimental effect on the team. As it is things appear to be going along very well as they are. Obviously if the Manager needs to come on and play regularly then it makes sense to get some one in.Originally Posted by arrol1919
