    Experienced Players

Why is SE persisting with signing untested young players on loan, they are ones for the future not what we need now.
He says he wants hungry players with something to prove, well what about Darren Bent, Jermain Beckford etc.
These type of players have been available to loan and bring great experience with the hunger to prove they deserve to play for their respective clubs.
We desperately need some experience, quality and leadership in the team immediately not one's for the future.

Agreed, this is the same stupid policy that saw us sign the hopeless Dicko and even more hopeless Tavernier on loan last season. They were both clearly far too young. Sometimes I despair at Evans. What is he doing? Can he not see that what we need now is some old has-beens? The sooner we get shut, the better

Simple, Financial fair play means we can only spend a proportion of our turnover on salaries. The only way we can change that is to get our turnover up. Hence the deal to the stadium etc..
So to answer to your question we can not afford the players you, we signed what we could afford and that has not worked.
The only thing we can do to get the quality we need is to sign youth development players from the Premier league, we will pay little or no contribution to their wages hence no FFP problems. If we can get the right players it could work, time will tell.

I understand the finances, but why spend £750 grand on three players for the future {JCH .Bowery etc} when that money could have been used on free transfer and loan players wages.

Transfer fees are not part of FFP so we could not have put the JCH and Bowery money towards salaries. I know it seems daft but they are the rules.
There have been comments that SE has a transfer budget not spent of 2m that may be true as it is the wages which are governed by FFP that are the problem

How many experienced players did he sign in the summer who either couldn't or wouldn't play the Evans way, young players may be more flexible to change than an older player

Craig Mackail Smith, experienced championship striker been allowed to join Peterbrough...
I suppose Brighton might be reluctant to loan a player to a potential relegation rival
