"We did it last week at Middlesbrough," Bowyer told Radio Rovers. "So it isn't nice.
"I didn't think it was a particularly good game from both teams, I think the goals probably matched the quality of the game if I'm being honest.
"Today it looked like there were too many not at it compared to the standards that they've set, so it is one that we have to take on the chin.
"I think it is an example of the Championship, anybody can beat anybody, and you have to turn up on the day. On this occasion we didn't, we didn't play particularly well.
"We were below par, we know that, we have to take it on the chin and learn from it."
