    They can probably think themselves lucky that the punishment was only 5 points & a £10,000 fine

    Yes and they have still to face another charge that one of their major shareholders has interests with another two clubsly Dumbarton and East Fife.

    This was in the pipeline for a couple of weeks I reckon and to think that they eliminated Queens from two cups, with Annan eliminating them in the other one.

    What's the point of fining a club that can't find the money to pay its tax bill? Instead of deducting 5 points and fining Livingston £10,000 they'd have been much better deducting 10 points and fining them £5.
