What's point of him coming back. Won't be match fit before end of dec'. Sooner go with Bowery & JCH or Lawrence.

Our problems as they have been all season, questions against full backs, no pace at the back [ Arnie & Wooton could be answer ] no drive in midfield & no right winger.

Match fit or not he scores goals. Simple as. Goals per minute played he will probably be our top scorer. And he was unfit.

    Becchio rhymes with cheerio.

A pity but I can't see him returning unless we ship out somebody else.

You've said there's no pace at the back yet mention Arni could be the answer...he along with Morgan are the problem...

Arni's ok at spreading the ball 30 yards to a player and Morgs is a solid centre half but neither have the pace to be in this division as it has shown time and again this season..

Arni may be an international player but in those games he has more time to spend on the ball and yes I don't doubt he his skillful ...Morgs is good when he's good but this division is proving too much even for him...League 1 at best..

Apologies for taking this off thread but had to mention the problem at the back...

If Becchio says he's willing to play let him I

Just thought...wonder if Norwich would allow him to be a season long loan seeing how he hasn't actually played a lot for us?

Then again are we governed by how many days a loan can last?

    Anyone know ?

I think the loan deal is irrelavent because I think we will sigh him permanent once the jan window re opens

No way will we sign a 30+ unfit player permanent. Jan like to see us off load Derbyshire. Lawrence wouldn't mind him for rest of season.

Even unfit he is better than any striker we have . He will become more and more match fit with every game. Even with a broken ankle he could do the job of a millers striker which is to fall down looking for a free kick
