    I don't think Nick would give him any nonsense. From what I heard today about Powell, the Telegraph article is lies being leaked by Pearson after they fell out over his appearance.

    I see Powell starred for Leicester in a recent Academy game - yet still he gets nowhere near the first team. Not hard to see why Leicester are bottom.

    I'm not sure the Powell/Leicester scenario is that simple.
    Leicester fans state that the entire squad, having stormed the Championship (and played some decent football - unlike most of my visits previously), has not been strengthened and is not PL quality.
    Nick is one of an over-endowed midfield.

    Now if the question is do Leicester build their team round a mercurial talent rather than try and follow the tried and proven Pearson method of team-building throughout, from front to back, then I don't know.

    I always felt that Nick was the wrong fit in this city. A switch to somewhere that recognises how young he still is and how much he needs continued nurturing and encouragement may be the making on the lad.

    Unlike Westwood (really making his mark at Villa) and Luke Murphy (not a happy story and I hope he is big enough to get over the Leeds shenanigans), Nick Powell was never lauded for his 90 minute work rate - just the incredible positions he got into, on-the-ball skills, and goals he
