    Dead on here

Havnt been on the site for a while. Notice its been very quiet. Bit surprised given the abysmal showing by the wall of late!!!

Lets shake it up a bit then. Its obvious to me that Holloway hasnt got a scooby about football in general and this club in particular. Correct me if Im wrong but I dont think that he has picked the same eleven for two consecutive games this season. Ok this is often dictated by injuries and suspensions but that cant be true for 24 games. Anyone with half a brain will know that continuity in team selection has a big part to play, particulalrly with what the experts call the spine of the team i.e. keeper, centre halves and striker. The only constant in this team is Forde who hasnt exactly covered himself in glory recently. We dont have a settled defensive partnership and striker seems to be down to the toss of a coin.

Much to my own dismay have come to the conclusion that Holloway is a complete clown and has to go. Keep him and we are down. Get rid and w

Hi LonglaneLion, good to see you back on here.
Yes the results of late have been pretty dire, although the kid Nelson on sunday showed a lot of promise.

Also Ollie has said he has some money for the Jan window so some fresh blood will help.

I would be prepared to give Ollie more time, to say he knows nothing about football is wrong.
After all he took Blackpool up to the Premier League and he does say he loves our club.

We don't want another Lomas !!!

Getting rid of holloway is not the answer in my opinion, who would we bring in to replace him anyway after we have spent a huge amount on paying off? What we do need is some better players who are hungry to get on in their career rather then some of wage thiefs we have at the club at the moment. longlanelion its been dead on here for a while because a hell of a lot of fans simply cannot be bothered to post on here so the board just gets worse, also it doesn't help when the moderator of the board hardly ever posts on here anymore.

I agree about the kid but we need players who can deliver now and although he was regarded man of the match for the home team I expect Ollie to drop him to the bench on not include him at all for the next game. This is my biggest worry about Ollie. Theres no continuity. He clearly doesnt have a first eleven in mind from game to game. Lets just pick eleven and the subs and stick with them for six or seven games and see where it goes.

I do not have an axe to grind against Ollie. I was over the proverbial moon when he was appointed. Thought he would be a perfect fit for the club and I wanted it to work just as much as everyone else. But its not working and needs sorting. Dont think new blood will solve the problem as I cant see us getting a proven goalscorer in during the window.

The january transfer window will be the last throw of the dice for us,he has to get it right,I think olly can be good for us but he has got to stop ****ing about with the team every week.
some of his decisions have been plain daft and its pissing people off.
olly has a good record but he needs to start showing it or division one here we come.
I hope he has a plan. still 24 games to go.

Hi Longlanelion yes your right it has been quiet on here recently because like me a lot on here are getting bored with the same arguments...first of all its nonsense to suggest getting rid of Ollie it would be financial suicide I agree he needs to up his game as far as his formations go as they are baffling ..After Sid"s wonderful debut he should also try the other youngsters ie Fred he would provide the pace he"s on about and Powell was brilliant against Soton. so why not stick with him..its not rocket science!!

have faith in Ollie, even though his record is as bad as lomas at this point. We all know lomas got the sack for such a run of bad results.BUT who do we turn to?

We have at the mom no passion, drive and the heads are down.

Every game gets harder, the nerves set in as another defeat looms!!

We will rise and start to win again and the man to save us is Ollie,we have no cash to spare, fans keep away instead of backing them but the 1st to ****ing moan

keep the faith...we seen it all before
