    Question about Tickets

    Hello All

Can someone enlighten me on the sudden (to me) restrictions on purchasing tickets?

Forest's website says that I need "Existing Purchase History" for the match against Wednesday, and a Membership for Wigan.

When did these rules come into play?

Don't no about the Wednesday tickets but the Wigan tickets don't go on general sale till 7th of jan which is the norm.
Scroll down on the link and it tells you when they are on sale.
In fact the Wednesday tickets might need a existing purchase history because the will sell out there tickets and stops there fans getting in our end. - view external link

Don't worry, always plenty of room in the home end.

As a County fan, you have probably never come across restrictions like this before.
At Murder lane, they ask you, if you have legs to get there and some money in your pocket. Sit where you like.

    You'll adapt.

Since I normally get tickets during the General Sale, I forgot to check if it was General Sale time. I didn't check the schedule. Thanks for pointing that out.

But, the "existing purchase history" is definitely a new thing, isn't it? Aren't they preventing the infrequent Forest attendee from seeing the matches?

Not that new. As pointed out, it's just there as part of the fairness system.

    1. Especially high demand games, it's about priority-
    Season ticket holders/memberships/previous attendees/anyone.
    2. To stop away fans whose allocation

It's probably for health reasons----they are thinking of your health-don't want to make you ill lol.

Well I suppose you speak from experience as a Notts fan, having to endure the same gut wrenching dross season after season. It can affect you physically, even mentally just look at EP. He's been off his rocker for years!
