    FA Cup 4th Round...

Would love to get Bolton in round 4 and preferably at The Reebok (sorry refuse to call it The Macron). It's donkeys years since we played you (Moyes days) and we would sell whatever you would give us and I am sure it would be a great atmosphere. I know I know I wished this last year but I am persistent. The Lashers would obviously be the ultimate draw for us but I have given up on them, away at Villa.

Looking forward to draw 7.35pm Monday.

Who would be your ideal draw ? Man U or somebody you feel you could beat to progress further.

Preston away at Deepdale. For the older members of this board, what a nostalgic fixture that would be.

We seemed to play one another every year mid sixties. Packed grounds, great matches.

BWFC would be more than welcome at Deepdale and we would give you the Shankley Kop so up to 6000 if needed and I am sure we would turn up for that one at home.

Wouldn't fancy your chances though at Deepdale Eric

Talking of Arsenal could the BBC have picked a more bland tie for the main live match than Arsenal/Hull, with all the non league and lower league teams still in the cup we get a run of the mill tie between two premiership teams as the main TV game. Couldn't care less who wins this, just for once the neutrals could surely have been given a Blyth Spartans etc to watch, instead of the poncey premiership millionaires, that's what the romance of the cup is all about

Totally agree LH, just been raised on the Blades Mad site on how sh1te BBC are yet again having the FA Cup. How many other ties could they have shown today and been in the true tradition of the FA Cup.

    Boring boring Prem !!!!!!!

with the exception of Palace, all the live games include the top PL sides, We see these teams week in week out on the Beeb, Sky and BT, What makes it more embarrassing is that most PL teams dont take this competition serious by fielding squad players.

I'd sooner watch Shef Utd rip QPR apart or Spartans push brum all the way.

Either of those two away would be a great day out

Realistically though City at home would be good for the bank account!!
