Shambles ( again and again )

18 goals conceded in just over three weeks. We haven't had 18 shots fromAugust. The people at the top need to give the managet a chance. If not we are dead. A disgraceful situation from the postion we have been in over recent years. Mcall Black and the rest of the dud apparently running this shower you should be ashamed.

We may as well get into debt and try and save our place in the premier league, because I cant see how if we are relegated how we wont end up in debt.Sometimes you have to speculate to accumulate.Certainly save money getting rid of the inept backroom staff along with the non producers in the team who are taking wages under false pretence,

Listen, I know it has been a tough season, I agree. My enthusiasm and patience ran out with this team in the rain over at Hamilton on the first of January. Been to all games since, apart from Celtic and today and they have been shocking.
I listened to game on wireless and they gave it their best today, should have had a pen, a goal and missed a couple of sitters. When your luck is out its out, we all know that in football.
We are all ****ed off, but I have said on numerous occasions, if they are putting in the effort and are just not up to it, that's a different story from watch we have watched over the last month.
We need to hope that the new gaffer is starting to get through to them, we get a couple in that will help and that we can get out of this fkn mess we are in on/off pitch.
Think we need to cut the new guy and the team a bit of slack, that includes me, for now.

Andy. Luck has nothing to do with it. Should have, could have, might have. Utter nonsense . Your at the top because your good and near the bottom because your crap. We are diabolical. Lets all feel better about our club tonight because eh we only lost 3 today thats an improvement. Eh we scored that an improvement. St mirren and Ross County got beat oh thats good. Utter utter nonsense. This club is done.

hay that's your opinion, that's cool. seriously. I was meaning that from what I heard (not at game) they were better organised and a bit of fight. Teams that are on a bad run often have no luck, by accounts that applied to us today. FK me I don't like to gut pumped either, but the manner we have been rode recently has been appalling, to the point the commentary team are laughing at us. Lets see if we can get a few in and have a go in the next 5 games, all winnable.
I did not fancy Pearson, but he seemed to be at heart of everything we done today, so I hope he proves me wrong.
Keep the faith...even though its tough as auld boots right now.

I can only agree with part of what you say. Barraclough deserves time without a doubt. The majority of the team should be released as soon as is possible - too many choosing not to give their all too often - McManus and Vigurs are shameful excuses for professional footballers. Get rid of Black as he is as culpable for our current situation as McCall is - I will not remember either of them fondly.
Build a team from the back with strength and pace in the right areas - there are plenty of layers in the lower leagues in Scotland and England who are hungry and would be grateful for the chance. Give suitable contracts to players to give us a chance to make money from them in the future - always including sell-on clauses. Keep the team up and the team can be re-built and grow together from the summer. It is not rocket science!!!!

Guys we all seem to be singing from the same hymn sheet on this forum in hoping for the best for our team. Many good and constructive points have been suggested which would help our cause no end,so why o why cant the board or management team see these same things and act on them,as I said on an earlier post its the little things that make you a proffesional club in the eyes of others.

My big hope is that Mr. Hutchinson wants to become involved in a hands-on capacity. A successful businessman with experience could take a look at the club and point us in the right direction - he didn't become rich and successful by accident. Even better if he wanted to buy the club and install an experienced Chief Executive who could control the infrastructure and liaise with Ian Barraclough and his team running the football side of things. Motherwell FC is not being run like a business at this time and that is the only thing that will save the club as a whole.

I agree with you all. Of course the manager should be given time no doubt about that. My frustratons lie in the fact that 6 months ago and even futther back it was clear that mcall did not have a clue about players. Numpties were given lengthy contrats and useless duds were allowed to stay. At the time myself Stevie Wonder Ray Charles and the boy from Peters and Lee could see this was a major problem yet diddies and so called football men thought it was magic. I need a Horlicks and a couple of Panadol.Raging.
