    Deadline Day at Fir Park

Our new manager seems to be using his little black book well. Four in, one out so far... - view external link

I agree we have all said (Well most of us have) that the time to judge the manager, is when he has his own team on the park. He talks a good game, and is now making substantial changes to the team.

It still all comes down to what happens on the park, but at least things are moving off it.

I find it a bit weird he has brought in a Goalkeeper half way into the season when he has two so me thinks Gunner must be out the door by the end of today.

I really do hope we can secure a Striker by end of the window seem short up front.

The reason he has to bring in another keeper is the other two are unreliable. Back up keepers at best.

With 4 new signings perhaps we're being greedy but yes a striker would be great.

IB seems to be an iron fist in a velvet glove doesn't he. Very much a gent in interviews but he's showing a hard side here in bringing in new faces.

Something we certainly lacked in our previous manager, now IB has to be given opportunity to see what he can do now he has his own type of players in

Hes certainly got the mad Jim Gannon look about him and the state we are in it is perhaps required. I don't care if hes a complete ******* as long as hes fair, not saying he is but would support it 100%. We don't need someone to be their best pal right now. Every time I listen to him hes identifying the issues the fans are moaning about and its not often you get that kinda sync with fans and manager.

All I asked was we brought in new faces in January or we were definitely doomed... we have done so and time will now tell.

The club tweeted they are still trying to get a FEW more in before the deadline. I think IB is trying to replace the full team. An exciting deadline day at fir park for a change.
