    re: MESSAGE TO THE BOARD

What does it take for the board/manager /players to get the message that lack of effort, desire, heart etc is no longer acceptable at our club.Do the fans need to stay away from games to hurt the club where it hurts most in its finances.Unless things happen quickly we have to accept we are relegated/going part-time/reduced income and lower attendances and a good few years in a lower league we have players who dont give a Donald Duck about our club. These players need to be left out of the first team pool no matter what the financial cost is as one bad apple can affect the rest and this is slowly begining to happen.

That was absolutely awful today - but my biggest concern is that Barraclough did not haul off Lasley and McManus. Both of them were huge liabilities. We must have players in the reserves that actually want to play fir the club. After their performances all season and last Saturday how on earth did they get a place in the team today at all?

Today we played like we had already had accepted that we were relegated. No fight, no passion, no leadership.

    re: MESSAGE TO THE BOARD

Baraclough is well and truly out of his depth here and we have got even worse since he brought in his own team. Straker and Laing are absolute muck and only Grant has shown anything thus far. Perhaps even more worryingly, chancers like McManus & Ainsworth look even less interested than they did under McCall and Black and the same goes for Lasley who seems to have downed tools, yet both him and McManus lasted the 90 today!

Baraclough talks a good game and seems a nice guy, but he can't walk the walk and his tenure has been a disaster. He appears to be the cheap and easy appointment for the amateurs running our club rather than Van der gaag who at least had something of a pedigree about him, at least from his playing days.

I don't see us winning another game this season.

You get what you pay for, and we opted to go down the cheap route yet again and are now going to pay a far higher price. A quick look at Baraclough's record would immediately have alarm bells ringing, but not for our lot, we see a guy who has a reputation of giving youth it's chance, so give him the manager's job. This was an appointment we couldn't afford to get wrong. It looks like we've blundered big time.
