    Team for Saturday

    OK - I will put up the first thread on this, we were poor on Tuesday and will need to juggle things about a little for Saturday, my line up would be:-

    Collin

    Richardson Morgan Arnason Fryers

    Hunt Green Smallwood Pringle

    Ward Derbyshire

    If fit, Frecks instead of Richardson with Green playing on the right hand side. If Morgan is not fit, sign someone on loan, recall Rowe or Wood. Last resort pick Broadfoot. If Broadfoot was playing, would play Richardson at RB as he is more defensive than Hunt.

    Need some fresh legs. I don't like doing this unless we get somebody in only for 1 match push Hunt up to right midfield. Hammill back for Wigan game. That's unless we get a right winger in then Hunt at R back.

    Collin;
    Richardson,
    Arnie,
    Morgan,
    Latherty;
    Hunt,
    Frecks,
    Smallwood,
    Pringle;
    Ward,
    JCH.

    Need that strength up front. Nobody will convince me Sammon is better than JCH.

    Collin

    Arni
    Morgan
    Fryers

    Hunt
    Smallwood
    Green
    Lafferty

    Ward

    Sammon
    Derbyshire

    Maybe play wing backs, should make you stronger at the back with 3 centre halves, and also guarentees you natural width. Play ward in the hole behind sammon and Derbyshire.

    Thoughts?

    Hunt for Richardson. Ward R wing. Derbyshire up front. Never play players out of position.

    with them three in defence then I would want six in midfield

    put Hunt & Lafferty in defence with them three.
    ward to join midfield then you might be right

    Collin
    Hunt, Morgan, Arnason, Lafferty
    Smallwood
    Hammill, Pringle
    Newton
    Derbyshire, Ward

    Playing a diamond in midfield with Newton been the attacking player. Green just seems to be loosing it recently and seems to make one massive error a game which is normally missing a sitter from 5 yards out.

    I like the formation but Hammill can't play Saturday. Parent club etc
