Thought he had a very good game today. starting to look the part, won his headers, nicked the ball at times and blocked the ball with full commitment (remember one in the first half when we were at sixes and sevens and he stuck his body on the line and it went for a corner).

Distribution needs working on but then I remember 2 years ago a younger Harry Davis was looking indecisive but I think many would agree he has become an assured defender. Ray is on the same path for me, he will become an outstanding defender destined for better than us.

I don't think you can underestimate the influence of Tate. I have watched Tate closely a few times this season and his management of the two younger lads has been wonderful to see.

He seems to be a Marmite player, especially on this board, but I rate him very highly, have done ever since I first saw him in a pre-season game at Wealdstone!
Thankfully so does Steve, or so it would appear!

No idea what that link was - doesn't work for me. However, Guthrie was half decent today.
